Sprung Wooden Dance Flooring
Both Junckers and Boen manufacture sprung wooden flooring that is designed especially for dance studio flooring. These systems are also utilized for dance-related activities and training. The Junckers system is 22mm solid beech flooring that utilizes sprung undercarriage systems.
These consist of battens and special cradle systems for levelling uneven subfloors while Boen have developed the Actiflex system. This is an engineered wood flooring system that is click installation. They also provide and an all in one system with the sprung undercarriage elements incorporated into the floorboards.
